Product usage of our BD818 elastic flexible bonding epoxy adhesive repair compound:
Used in the self-adhesion, each-adhesion and sealing of metal,ceramic,cement,stone,glass,leather,rubber,
fabric,hard plastic,foam plastic and other materials.

How to use:
1.Clean the adherend surface,clean up the oil stains,dust and other impurity

2.According to the mass ratio A:B=3:1,mix and stir it uniformly in the dry and clean vessel
(be sure not to have water and water vapor),there is about 30 minutes usable time for the adhesive solution after
mixing at the temperature of 25 degree

3.Make the mixed-up adhesive solution brush coating on the adherend surface,fold it,knock it with the rubber hammer,
place it for more than 24 hours at the room temperature.

4.If you need to increase the adhesive force of the surface,brush coating the treatment agent on the adherend surface
before coating adhesives,coating with BD818 after drying it by airing.

Notes:
1.If necessary,put the main agent and curing agent into the temperature of 50℃ for preheating,then stir it uniformly,
weigh it according to the given proportion,then stir it uniformly.

2.Cover the bung of the main agent and curing agent tightly in time,in case of the moisture and
impurity polluting the adhesives.

Storage:
This product is general chemicals,should pay attention to waterproof and fire prevention during transportation and storage,
save it in a cool and dry place,the storage period is 12 months.
